Rich Webb is the Senior Pastor of faithlife church. He was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and surrendered his life to Christ as an 11 year old boy. At age 38, he committed to full-time ministry. Pastor Rich is a gifted teacher and strong leader. He brings to faithlife many years of experience in pastoral ministry. He also has a passion for training, equipping, and releasing leaders in the areas of leadership and small groups ministry.

Rich has been married to his beautiful wife Sheila for over 40 years; She stands by his side in loving, devoted support of his ministry. You have not been exposed to a better example of marital love and oneness until you’ve met Pastor Rich and Sheila. Sheila serves alongside Pastor Rich and together they make a great team. They have been blessed with two children Jessica and Ross, and two grandchildren Austin & Sophie.
